Quantum Health Solutions is committed to the training of trainers and facilitators in the use of this powerful program. To this end, a comprehensive training program has been designed to mentor trainers through three levels of expertise –standard facilitator, advanced trainer and master trainer. All training programs are co-ordinated by the QHS Academy.
Facilitator training
The program is based on eighteen years of development and has been successfully used both within the clinical environment as well as in the corporate environment. The application results in enhanced wellness and productivity within the corporate environment through the establishment of a new culture of co-operation and dialogue. Progress in the implementation of this application is monitored by a powerful online assessment. Implementation is facilitated through interactive workshops, tailored to meet the needs of the client.
